Lakeview students got an early start celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month!
We were thrilled to have Mr. Medina and his DLI students visit the Lakeview Library for a special focus on our growing collection of books in Spanish. Students explored the book display celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, discovering inspiring stories about people from around the world who have made significant contributions to science, the arts, sports, business., and human rights.
Mrs. Scroggs collaborated with Mr. Medina to offer this enriching gallery book walk! This special event gave students a deeper understanding of the diverse resources and enrichment materials available to them in our library.
