Prime rib sandwich

Advanced Culinary Arts students are bringing it 100% during their last week of running the Blue Apron with an Open-Faced Prime Rib Sandwich.  They roasted beef bones to make a delicious demi glaze and then slow cooked a rib roast with garlic and rosemary.  

Blue Apron restaurant is open Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00 am - 1 :00 pm.   This is the last week for this school year.
