Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based framework for improving and integrating all of the data, systems, and practices affecting student outcomes every day. It is a way to support everyone as Lincoln creates learning experiences where ALL students are successful.

Lincoln Elementary School is committed to addressing student behavior through systems change. In conjunction with our PBIS framework, Lincoln uses the Leader In Me framework to help build leadership skills in each student and staff to be proactive when creating goals and making choices throughout the day.
