Today is Thursday, November 10, 2022 — Crazy Outfit Day!
Lunch: Chicken Fries with cornbread or Ham & Cheese Sandwich, broccoli with cheese, celery sticks, choice of fruit, and milk.
Activities: 2nd grade is going to Science Central; 3rd grade has Rock Detectives in the STEM Lab; Girls Basketball practice until 5:30.
TOMORROW: Veterans Day Program, 10am; Red/White/Blue Day & Hat Day (hats after the assembly).
Not sure where we are with the individual classroom counts for the Food Drive, but Mrs. Jankowski (K) was overheard to be looking for a "repeat." (Her class brought in the most cans/non-perishables last year, and they appear to be in the lead this year.)

Tomorrow begins our Food Drive Week and Spirit Week! Students have been challenged to bring in canned and other non-perishable food items to help our community. They've also been encouraged to participate in different spirit-themed days. Tomorrow is Sport/Spartan Spirit Day, which partners nicely with our home basketball games vs. Washington.
After 35 years of service to public education and the greater community, Darci Zolman is retiring. She has been a force for change in Kosciusko County as well as Warsaw Schools. Congratulations Darci!

Veteran's Day is fast approaching (in a week!), and we want to make sure that our veterans have been invited to attend our special program. It will take place next Friday the 11th, beginning at 10:00am in the gym. We would like our guest veterans to arrive between 9:30 and 9:45am.
