WARSAW, IN - Warsaw Theatre invites the community to experience an evening of live theatre during the 48-Hour Play Competition on Saturday, August 29, at 7 p.m. at the Warsaw Performing Arts Center.

The competition challenges Warsaw Theatre students to create, then direct and perform an original 10-minute play in just 48 hours. Starting from scratch, students will work together to develop their concepts, write and rehearse their productions before taking the stage during Hour 47 of the 48-hour challenge.

The final performance will feature multiple original 10-minute plays, with students competing for awards including Best Director, Best Actor and Overall Best Play. Audience members will also get in on the competition by voting for the Crowd Favorite.
